Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website (portive.co.uk) is operated by Prussel Holdings Limited ("we", "us"), the data controller for personal data collected through it.

What we collect, and why

If you submit the early-access form, we collect the email address you provide. We use it solely to contact you about Portive's progress and early access. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

A hidden anti-spam field ("honeypot") is used to discard automated submissions; it collects no information about you.

Lawful basis

We process your email address on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in developing and communicating about our product. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights").

Service providers

We use the following processors, which may store or process data outside the UK (including the United States) under appropriate safeguards such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision:

Cookies & data

This website does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and uses no consent banner because there are no non-essential cookies to consent to. Our analytics provider (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and does not set any identifiers in your browser. Cloudflare's network/security layer may set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example to distinguish humans from bots); this is exempt from consent requirements and is not used to track you. Google Fonts receives your IP address when fonts are requested, as noted above.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until Portive launches and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever is sooner. In any event, we delete it after 24 months of inactivity.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@portive.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
